Senior Associate Consultant

We seek a talented Senior or Manager level individual with the energy and drive to become an important part of a growing litigation consulting practice.  We’ll look to you to provide litigation support; consisting of consulting and expert witness services in complex financial litigation and business disputes, opinion letters and expert technical reports, using your outstanding written and oral communication skills, presentation skills, and experience.  Use your excellent internet research skills to document and support opinions contained in expert reports.  The ideal candidate will have substantial experience or knowledge of all aspects of banking and finance.  This is a contracting position.

Regional Business Development Officers

Candidates will be in charge of direct business origination in their region.  Applicants for the Finance Division should have experience in asset based lending, commercial mortgage, small business equipment leasing, SBA lending and factoring.  Applicants for the Litigation Support Division will be calling on law firms and should have some legal background or interest.  Candidates should have excellent verbal and written skills.  Contacts with the legal, business and financial community in their area and computer literacy is a plus. Ability to work as part of a team, and to act independently a must. 

Internships

Interns provide a fresh perspective to our company, and we enjoy shaping the experiences and knowledge of someone new to our field.  While we don't have a formal summer internship program, we do hire interns.  We accept inquiries year-round, with most of our internships occurring during the summer months.
